To begin with, B12 shots do not work as well as taking sublingual B12. The B12 shots are cyancobalamin, which we can not absorb near as well as mythycobalamin. I get mine from Jarrow at IHerb online. You can take these in addition to the shots, you may want to ask your doctor first though. My neuro recommended I stay with my Jarrow B12 instead of having shots.
Also, have you had your Vit D levels done. Low Vit D also will cause sleepiness.
