I posted a link to a new article on the Allergy Forum, and won't repeat the whole post here because it's not allowed.  The column is a good place to start for people who think they might have celiac or a problem with gluten.  I had a few minor criticisms of the article, but it was well worth reading even if it is a review for the well-informed.
