I am a baker for our club and friends and am trying to build my list of gluten-free friendly desserts. I have an awesome flourless chocolate cake that goes over well. But I wanted a more simple snack treat for baskets. Thought "puppy chow" might work...it is rice chex, melted peanut butter, melted Nestles milk and semiweet chips stirred together and coated in powdered sugar (in the Chex recipes, but I mix kinds of chocolates).
I know the rice chex and nestles chips are safe...don't know about peanut butter (peter pan preferred) and 10x sugar (usually use store brand but could use Domino).
Thanks and wellness on the New Year to you all.
