I'm 17. Yesterday I started feeling queezy and my stomach was acting really weird. Grumbling really loud and almost vibrating. My (excuse me) poop is coming out watery with no chunks or anything. I've been taking it easy.laying down but even then it continues to be in pain and growling. I'm not hungry, I've made sure I fed myself and I've had liquids in my system at all times. But what could this be? I've never experienced it before.
