I wouldn't chance it and I would call their Customer Service Dept. and get my money back. That little trick there even though companies do it all the time, is still "attempt to defraud" in legal-eze. And before you even do that you call your bank and file a dispute with the charges, that puts the money back in your account immediately, most banks, and puts the company on alert that they messed with the wrong person.
