You may need L-Glutamine, mucilaginous herbs (marshmallow root, slippery elm bark, DGL, etc.), or other things to help heal your gut tissue. And if you use NSAIDS (Advil, etc.), that can inhibit healing of the gut lining.
It is also possible there is gluten getting into your body somehow that you are unaware of. Check your supplements - not all companies make gluten-free supplements.
Also, some with gluten intolerance also have other food intolerances or allergies. Keep a food-symptom diary and see if you notice any patterns.
Finally, Gluten damaged bodies may have other issues because of or along side the gluten damage from which to heal. Candida, enzyme and nutritional imbalances, liver/gallbladder issues, etc.
Suggest consulting a Naturopathic or Integrative Physician to help you sort all this out and heal your gut.
