I've dealt with headaches most of my life. I've been through every test in the book. No medical issues. I suffer from migraines as well, but only get one about
every 6 months (thank God). I'm chronically tired, suffer from anxiety and depression, and generally feel...like complete crap.
I just started a strict no gluten, dairy or soy diet. Yes, I need to lose some weight, but that isn't my goal. Feeling better is my priority. I've tested negative for Celiac Disease. Many years ago, I had an allergy test (scratch kind) and showed reactions to wheat and corn. I ignored it and continued to eat whatever I wanted.
I don't really know what my question is...I guess if there are others out there that have spent the majority of their lives feeling awful; what did you do to change it? Did diet help? Maybe I'm just looking for support.
