Anyone here take them? I have heard they are good for you , I thought they were vitamins , evidently they are to help the good flora in your gut.

Hi, welcome, yes probiotics are used to replace the good flora and fauna that can get out of whack from antibiotics, intestinal infections and most definitely irritation from gluten issues. If you see a Gastro doc they should recommend it but it isn't a pass to eat gluten laden foods, it just helps clean up the mess. You should also watch for other food allergies, I also have a wheat and a dairy allergy. Hope this helps and i'm sure you'll get more replies.
