Can Celia's drink coffee and not have a reaction?

Asking this for my sister. She is allergic to several different things and has celiac really bad to the point she can't even breath it.

She seems to not be getting better but I think coffee creates the same antibodies as gluten, anybody here this?

Never heard that. The problem with gluten is the breakdown of the proteins into two specific molecules. I doubt coffee has anything in common with those amino acids.

However, coffee can become contaminated with gluten. See this webpage:
50 yrs old, IBD diagnosis in spring '01. Proctitis, gastritis, ileitis.
Currently taking Pentasa (3g/day)generic Colazal (96 pills/day), Sulfazine (1.5 g/day), Prevacid, folic acid, vit. D (2K iu), flax seed oil (2 tsp/day), psyllium (1/2T daily), mesalamine enema as needed. Gluten free as of 5/30/11. Colonoscopy found no evidence of inflammation on 8/16/1

I just had a Gluten cross reactivity test done. It was the Cyrex array four. Some can be allergic to Coffee but according to a recent study it is only the instant coffee that has the cross reaction.
I found out from the test many things react as gluten with me, including rice and yeast(as examples).
