Hi everyone , need some help and advice.

I am a 30 year old male from the uk and wanted to know if my symptoms could be Celiac or something else? Also can one night of acute stress and anxiety( 2-3 hours) trigger these symptoms?

about 10 weeks ago I got really stressed one night when I thought I had cancer , next morning went to Doctor and he said all fine.

This is when all my symptoms started.
Started with diarrhoea and then I noticed my sleep was slightly reduced

I started to go running 4-5 days a week( outdoors) to improve my fitness and suddenly woke up one morning with all my joints cracking and popping ( no pain in joints or swelling)

Then a few days later I noticed one of my ears feeling blocked, went to Doctor, he said I have fluid in my left ear, then few days later came tinnitus.. Which I still have.

Doctor said I have a mild flu which my body is trying to fight. Not really sure

I don't really have bad fatigue, do
feel a little more tired ( sleeping 5-7 hours most night), less than before

This all happened in the first 6 weeks.
Then recently I am noticing muscle twitching randomly , and very mild burning sensation in my upper left arm and upper left thigh. Also for 1 or 2 days i got electric shock like sensation for a second or so.. this has gone now

It's not painful but irritating.
I am getting some muscle aches but really mild and rare and it's not in one location, keeps moving around.
I also have weird skin sensations such as ants are moving around and i have noticed i get pressure marks more easily.

I have an appointment booked with neurologist and gastro

All my blood test have come back ok except 1. The most recent test my doctor took showed slightly high IgA levels. This is why Doctor referred me to a gastro.

I don't have ibs or diarrhoea, but have changed bowel habits.

Is this the start of Fibro?
Could this be celiac?
Ibd?
peripheral nuerophy?
or is it anxiety related

would love to hear what u guys think?

It is not possible to offer diagnosis via the internet. However, regardless of what may be going on with your body, your mind is surely working overtime. What made you think you had cancer in the first place? What is going on in your life other than these health concerns?

Thank you for your reply

I think u are 100% right I am over thinking things and noticing every slight change to my body more than usual

I am not looking for diagnoses, rather looking to hear from people who may have experienced what I am going through and could give me some advise, reassurance, support ect

What first caused me to believe I may have cancer is when I was getting some clear discharge from my back passage for a few days. I ignored it until late one night I thought I would google my symptoms and it have me some of the worst case scenarios
And one of them was cancer.

I don't know why but that stuck in my head and I could stressed.
Had 2 hours sleep and managed to get a doctors appointment first thing in the morning and then he said it was all fine and gave me some cream.
That's it really.. From then on I have been having some strange symptoms, mostly neurological , but it all started from 2-3 weeks of diarrhoea and loose stools. The diarrhea has gone and my stomach is 90% recovered except some gurgling noises and softer stools than usual.

What's concerning me is my muscle twitching and tinnitus and tingling and numbness. As I mentioned it's not painful but irritating

Something must be causing this?

A clear discharge from your rectum is probably mucous. If it is clear then there is nothing to worry about, although it might be unusual. Do you feel that you have to pass stool and then find only mucous in the toilet?

None of your issues sound terribly disruptive or painful. My general practice is to avoid calling the DR unless I find that my sleep is disrupted, or that I cannot work or parent my children. If my issues are minor, then I let it go. Our bodies are wonderful at healing themselves. Most of the time it is best to just wait things out.

I've had tinnitus and it can be really annoying. I'd suggest take a nice hot shower, blow your nose, maybe take an antihistamine if you have allergies and make sure you're drinking enough water every day.

Hey Sal :)

I know when I'm stressed my bowels go wacky, I'm hyper aware of my body because of my reflux, wish I wasn't but working on it :))
I just meditate and relax as much as I can. Like they say " If the full glass gets heavier and heavier to hold, let it go" If things aren't better talk to your doc for further help. Hope this helps, be well !
