I suspect that I have CD. At the very least, I have a severe intolerance for gluten.
Yesterday I wasn't thinking and took communion at church. I had diarrhea all day. Most of the gastrointestinal symptoms have gone away, with the exception that I don't have a very big appetite at the moment. Despite getting enough sleep last night, I was exhausted enough to take a two and a half hour nap today (I never, ever take naps). I am having difficulties focusing and sitting still, and I'm incredibly sore. I keep wanting to do things and then I forget what I wanted to do five minutes later. I don't usually have these issues so I'm guessing they might be aftereffects of eating gluten.
This is really bad timing because I have a final exam on Thursday that I really need to study for. Does anyone have any tips for overcoming this exhaustion/inability to focus?

Also, oh my goodness, apparently when I was sleeping I got really bad leg cramps and now my legs are killing me, to the point that I can hardly walk. Could this be another side effect of the gluten? And anything I can do about this? Wondering if it'd be better to skip my normal workout today...

I think you should work those legs. I don't know what your regular work-out is, but stiff legs need to be moved and stretched.

Sorry should have specified, I run three miles, plank, 20 minutes or so of weight lifting.
