I think charting your menstrual cycles and your complaints about
energy levels, dizziness etc. will be very helpful for you.
Since your mom has PCOS, you should know that this syndrome often comes with insulin resistance. People with PCOS do a lot better in general if they follow a low carbohydrate diet. You should probably learn about
how to do that, too.
