This is terrible news for someone on a strict gluten free diet.
I eat rice to survive, my last name in rice, my internet name is ricebunny.
I am confused on the subject, how can someone with gluten intolerance avoid rice?
And what can I do about the arsenic in ny body already?

You can find gluten-free oats along with quinoa, millet, buckwheat, and amaranth. Here is a table of arsenic content in rice. Apparently foreign rice has less arsenic than American rice.
Male/63 DX IBD in Feb08. No meds, allergic to Mesalamine. Remission since Mar2010. Psyllium Seed mixed with VSL3DS is very helpful. Food diary instead of SCD or Paleo.

Lactobacillus Reuteri (NCIMB 30242), Fish oil, magnesium, multivitamin, extra D3. When needed: DGL, boswellia, curcumin, E complex.

Resistant Starch and lots of fruit & vegetables (but no cruciferous), No Gluten, no soda, no HFCS, no xylitol or sorbitol, no trans fat, no shellfish, no carrageenan, no GMO foods saturated with Roundup.
