Again, you should be consuming gluten until you see your GI.
Damage to the intestinal villi can cause lactose intolerance. The enzymes are released from the villi tips. If blunted, you can not digest lactose well. Until you see your GI, consider dropping all dairy. That might provide relief and will not impact your celiac testing.
