Please someone with some first handed knowledge. I have been on gluten free diet for 6 days & I still feel like there is razors in my guts. As soon as I eat acid starts flowing up. I will say this is the clearest minded I have been in months but when is the rib cage pain going to stop? I also get to hurting in around belly button. I cannot see gastro doc until February 14th but my doc ran all panels for celiacs & they came up positive, gliadin IgAAB positive. igA 205 Tissue Transglutaminase IgA 29.39 range is 0.00- 15.00. So doc says it is celiacs.

Saw your earlier thread. I have CD. Diagnosing CD via stool samples is not accepted by celiac experts. The standard testing consists of a blood test panel and biopsy via endoscopy. However, this is critical, you need to be eating gluten daily for any celiac test to be valid. You have a GI visit coming up. Ask for the blood test provided you get back on gluten. Two weeks of being gluten free can mess up results. Do the research. The University of Chicago's celiac website is the easiest to understand and is very comprehensive:

Time to heal in a gluten free diet? Most take a year or longer to recover. However symptoms can improve in a few weeks.

Razors in gut with pain, sounds like you been eating raw food.

I have not eaten raw food so that cannot be it. It's like I can feel BM move all the way through my colon. I am somewhat better but I had a set back. I have been very cautious what I eat only gf foods but I did eat some kozy shack tapioca. I wound up so sick that night till next morning until I could have a BM. Maybe I should stay away from dairy too. It's either that or I need to only eat things that naturally have no gluten.

Again, you should be consuming gluten until you see your GI.

Damage to the intestinal villi can cause lactose intolerance. The enzymes are released from the villi tips. If blunted, you can not digest lactose well. Until you see your GI, consider dropping all dairy. That might provide relief and will not impact your celiac testing.

Please do some research on this!
