if you don't mind telling us, how old are you? I am in a number of these forms as I have asthma/allergies, recently had a fundoplication for gerd, had a total thyroidectomy 12/08 for precancerous nodules and have IBS with diverticulosis. I seem to have autoimmune issues as well although never diagnosed as I get arthritis s/s off and on too (am 49), most of my problems came to a head when I hit menopause 4 years ago. I have had all those symptoms you describe at one time or another and my synthroid is adjusted almost every 6 weeks not only based on the levels, but on how I am feeling too. Hopefully you have an endocrinologist as they are very intune to treating thyroid issues. You may also want to investigate a rheumatologist based on your symptoms as well. Also for me I have to watch about taking supplements, as my symptoms get worse when I take anything including vit d, calcium, fiber, etc.
Ask for TSH, T4, T3 also hormone levels, Vit D, and arthritis panels.
Hope this helps.
