Or, call your doctor's office and explain the situation. They might be willing to call in a prescription for enough meds for a week or ten days to give you time to get to the lab. Probably too late to help you this time, but keep it in mind if this ever happens again.
Do be sure your doctor knows what you've done. Generally it takes four to six weeks for differences to show up, so you might anticipate some symptoms around that time - feeling tired, dry skin, coldness, etc.
