Hi All,

I had a thyroidectomy 2 yrs ago and am still having tons of problems with it. First, 2 mths ago I had no thyroid levels at all and now on meds but cant' seem to get my level evened out. Has anyone else had troubles with this? I am so...... lathargic I can barely get out of bed most times. Plus, I have RA and Fibromyalgia on top of it. I am a walking medical mess. HELP!!!!!!!!

Hi DLVS,

Did you have your thryoid gland completely removed or just a portion of it? Why did the
doctor decide to do that? I'm not being nosey, I'm just trying to understand what is going on.
Since you have RA and Fibromyalgia I was wondering if you were suffering from Hashimoto's?
Which thyroid med are you taking and how much? I know some people on this forum have had
a thyroidectomy so maybe if you mention what you are taking, they can chime in and you
can compare dosages. Have you had your thyroid levels checked recently?
