Hi,
It can be difficult to loose weight while hypO, actually, one symptom of hypo is weight gain, but once you are on the proper dose for you, this will become much easier.

What's your typical diet look like? Do you eat bread, other starchy /processed foods?...artificial sweetener? Gluten intolerance has been linked with thyroid disorders. Perhaps try GF??? I have been since last Aug. since being diagnosed with Hashi. and feel so much better. No weight issues at all.

I gained a lot of weights also due to hypo. It's frustrating. My doc told me that once my med starts kicking, I will be loosing weights.
