Hey Bigger, you might want to try Gluten-Wheat-Dairy Free, all these have been shown to interfere with thyroid, hormones and metabolism. It has also been my experience that Low Carb is a bad idea for people with Fatigue and Mental Fog issues. Now cutting out the bad carbs, fast food, soda, pizza etc. is a no-brainer but we need carb for energy, for mental clarity and for our metabolism to work properly so we Can lose weight. I do agree that you will need to have your medication at the right dosage to get to and maintain a healthy weight, but its never too early to start cleaning out our systems. Hope this helps
