Ryan, elevated thyroid peroxidase is often associated with Hashimoto's autoimmune thyroiditis. Hashi's is generally found with hypothyroidism.
With all the doctors you are seeing, I'm sure they can figure this out eventually; it may take some time and more tests. If you want to add one more doctor to your repertoire, that would be an endocrinologist who specializes in thyroid disorders.
Since we aren't doctors here, we really can't diagnose. Hope you and your docs can figure out this complicated picture.

Yes you would think with all the Drs I see that they'd figure something out!
What I try to tell most people,
" ALWAYS REMEMBER , WHEN YOU GOTO THE DRS OFFICE, It says right out on the sign " PRACTICE " !
I know your not Dr's here & I only take in what others reply, add It in with my own research & then typically end up telling my dr what Is wrong with me!
