t4 free was 0.9
t3 free was 4.1
I was on the pill jolessa during this time.I have all the symptoms of hypothyroidism but my Dr said these results were in normal range. I have recently gone off the pill and feel worse.... CoUld that be the cause?

If your lab report includes the reference range, it would help in interpreting your results since not all labs use the same reference. If these ranges are not on your report, ask your doctor's office for them.

Your results were in the range, so technically normal. You could request thyroid antibody testing to rule out Hashimoto's autoimmune thyroiditis if you still feel this is the problem.
As I understand it, oral contraceptives can increase binding protein in the body and therefore produce low readings for T4 even though one is not hypo. I've not heard of them increasing levels and hiding hypothyroid conditions.
Diagnosing thyroid problems from symptoms is always dicey because most symptoms are pretty non-specific and can be related to any number of causes. If your antibodies are normal, you'll need to continue your search.
