I have been on .175 mcg/day of sythroid for years and my TSH last week came back at .62. I am having some symptoms (intolerance to cold, hair loss, dry skin/hair, exhaustion, etc.) and despite eating 1200-1300 calories/day and cardio for 45 mins, 5-6 times/week, I haven't lost a pound. My doctor thinks the TSH is fine.

Any thoughts? I'm open to traditional and non-traditional approaches to manage.

A low TSH generally coincides with hyperthyroidism, which is the opposite of what your symptoms suggest. I'd suggest you start with a complete thyroid profile - TSH, T3, T4 and antibody testing to get an accurate diagnosis. Right now the lab you have and your symptoms do not go together.

Your TSH is fine. That's generally where mine hovers, and my Ft4 and Ft3 are midrange or even lower.
