How often should you get your thyroid checked?

Hello,

I've been on Levoxyl 112mg for about 4 years, just wandering how often the Dr should be checking on my thyroid? (Blood test)

I am in the middle of changing my Dr but she would only check it once a year then said I'm good to go, I always thought you should have it checked every 3-6 months, maybe I'm wrong?

If you've been stable for more than a year, six months is good, a year would be the outside limit of acceptable timing. If there's any change at all, then it would be every three to six months; if it's not stable every three months would be recommended.
