Please don't think I'm being "over dramatic" I'm being serious & feel it might be practical....Plus I feel I should write a letter to my husband of what he should do IN CASE something were to happen to me. He and I have had discussions before, but he doesn't like talking about it bc he & I feel there is a chance.

I have been very ill for quite some time. I was told when I was 18 I had hypothyroidism. I thought nothing of it because I didn't feel anything bad besides being tired all the time, but I've always been like that.

I lost my insurance and shortly after I took my normal dose of meds for hypo & felt like I was going to literally die. On the floor, weak, sweating profusly etc.
I ran out of meds. I've been able to randomly get tests for my thyroid, 3 tests w/out insurance. I thought to take the tests bc I was feeling awful, sweats, chills, weak, excessivly tired. My levels kept fluctuating.

Got insurance, both my primary & lazy endo was puzzled by the results. Endo says I have hashis too, high high anti bodies. (No wonder my body feels like it's being attacked, lol) My endo will only treat hypo, I told him it fluctuates, I can't take that he said well then your rejecting treatment. Fine I'll take it. I told him my meds & food get stuck in my throat. He wont order an ultra sound to check for nodules. Now I can't even drink liquids w/out choking & it getting stuck. How fluids get stuck idk.

My endo & rhuemy took blood tests. Rhuemy denied testing for lymphoma lab place confirmed he did test for it. He got real hesitantly when I asked what he said was high. Claimed no-no-nothings wrong w/you. Same response as endo. Both say they're done with me. I noticed my white blood count is almost high. Not sure if that means anything.

I pass out after putting 4-5 shirts in the closet. My body collapses on me. My heart gets real stressed, an echo said I had an inferior infarction. Looked it up, type of small heart attack located in back of heart. E.R did nothing about it. I need heart surgery but can't afford it, been needing it for 3 years now.

Been taking my hypo meds, still not feeling better, I'm on week 3 & started to feel better in week 1 1/2-2, now feeling worse again. Over heating, chills the works. Weak, super soar. I can no longer do much for my health right now bc I need to get a car & find a place to live. PIL can't afford to keep the house. I've asked the endo to please look for what else is wrong. He wont, he refuses to do anymore than he already has & he's the only endo in the area. Oh & my hair keeps falling out, I keep gaining weight then I started loosing weight, now back to gaining.

I feel I'm @ war w/ my body & I'm loosing. I feel so ill today. I'm scared, I cry all the time bc idk what's wrong, can't keep looking nor will specialist help me anymore. If I pass, I want my husband to know he needs to sue the &^$* out of @ least the endo for not doing all he could to find whats wrong & treat me.

Also, some added notes. It's getting harder & harder to stay awake anymore. There's times my husband can't even get me to wake up. I've been afraid of slipping into a coma. My pain levels have skyrocketed through the roof too. Oh & to clarify, it's heart surgery I need...wait did I already say that....my memory is so shot it's like not even there anymore. I need spine surgery too bu that's a different story. Oh & yes I have attempted getting my SSI back several times being denied everytime. The ssi last time didn't even look into my heart condition.

Hi,
I know that thyroid issues affect the brain function, so, basically the first thing that you need to do is to post all of your thyroid related tests here, and be sure to include the reference ranges, and then we will be able to help you better !

It's very likely that your dose need to be adjusted properly for you, with thyroid, it is not enough to take the thyroid hormone replacement, but to reach the dose your body needs by increasing the dose of Levo slowly, when you reach that dose, this will relax your gland and bring it to situation in which it is not suppressed nor work over time, and will bring your T4 levels to where they should be, it is then that you will start to feel better.

Tiredness is a classical symptom of hypo/hyper, it is possible also that you have more symptoms that you are not aware of.

Best,
