I feel like crap have been feeling this way over a month now and no one will help me not even the emergency room thyroid has became so bad throat hurts 24/7 wonder if this is cancer? I have no thyroid though but something is extremely wrong, and I've never felt this bad before a while back a swollen lymph node was found on my jugular through sonogram, but was never checked again after taking the steroids doctor only felt my neck and said there was no need for another sonogram bcause it didn't feel swollen but yet I wonder how that could be known for sure when it was only found through sonogram Iam so frustrated all I do is sleep sometimes the whole day.
And mom says ah you ok, drink some water few min ago my eyes went so blurry I couldn't see clear numbers was fine blood pressure wise& heart rate it is my darn thyroid so so sick of this and want to be better already.

If you can post your most recent lab results (with reference ranges), perhaps someone will be able to help you.

Hi,
Your TSH is extremely high, which means you are extremely hypo.
What was your levo dose when these results were taken? and for how long?
Do you have an endo? if you were on a one dose for enough time then it is time to increase your dose !

Yes I was on a 100mcg a week ago doctor moved to 125mcg but I feel no change yet, and I have no thyroid but my throat is in extreme pain and feel as if it is on fire and I can't sleep at night and anxiety is extremely higher than normal and Iam just worn out and thinking of going to Er today and beg for help they keep saying they can't treat thyroid like primary care doctor. I have a apointment with Primary Care on the 21 of this month, to get reffered to a endocrinologist been making it because this has been going on over a month now. But right now I feel like Iam about to lose it, and need emergency help now so maybe if I refuse to leave er until they find out what is going on maybe when they see how even extra serious Iam they will help me& not just right me off.

Hi,
25 mcg/day is a high increase, it is better to increase slowly and get the body to adjust, but if this is what your doctor recommended, then follow it.

When dealing with thyroid, one need to be patient, it is not enough to take thyroid replacement hormone but to find the proper dose for you and to be on it for 1 1/2 months at least, it is then that you will heal well .

So there is not much that can be done except playing with the levo dose, and one week is not enough time to see any change, it takes six week as a minimum.

I would recommend to repeat TSH,FT3 and FT4 (the frees are not a must, but it helps if your TSH does not reflect your true thyroid status) in six weeks and to go from there.

Goodluck,
