Am I correct in thinking this screams Hashimoto's?

Thyroid Peroxidase and Antithyroglobunlin Antibodies
THYROGLOBULIN ANTIBODIES
>3000 IU/mL (<20)

Thyroid Peroxidase and Antithyroglobunlin Antibodies
THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES
>1000 IU/mL (<35)

Unfortunately I have no other thyroid numbers to provide, as the rest of my tests were focused on lupus. I've never been diagnosed with a thyroid disorder in the past but have a history of autoimmune disease.

For those of us with multiple autoimmune conditions, there is rarely one easy answer. These are certainly high, and in the presence of elevated hormone levels would be pretty diagnostic. Your next step would be to go ahead and get a complete thyroid panel. As you probably know, Lupus can affect almost any organ in your body.

Thanks, Judy. I'm trying to find an endocrinologist who can see me next week. The two thyroid numbers were my only wayward blood work. None of the other results pointed towards lupus.

Probably not an emergency, and I'd shop for quality first in an endo. Good luck to you.

To follow up on this, I was able to see my doctor's preferred endo quickly, which was good because I've not been feeling well (the fatigue in particular is enormous). Hashimoto's was diagnosed on the basis of the antibody tests and confirmed by ultrasound. I'm starting Synthroid now and the endo wants regular ultrasounds to keep an eye on everything. Hope this proves helpful to anyone who finds it while searching for answers themselves!

Sounds like you found a good endo, congratulations! Hope the treatment gets you back to normal soon.
