Anyone else experience pain in the arms and and sometimes legs with Hashimoto's. I find it odd that I was diagnosed with "fibro" the same time I was diagnosed with Hashimotos. Is it possible that the pain is coming from this disease? I have already spoken to my doctor... lets just say I will be looking for a new one. Just curious if anyone out there feels the same as I do. Im 25 year old female, hx of Hypothyroid 4yrs , Hashimoto's ( newly dx) and Tachycardia/SVT. Medications are synthriod 50mcg and Atenolol 25MG 2x a day.

Both hypothyroidism (Hashi's) and hyperthyroidism (Graves) can be accompanied by joint and muscle aches, so it's possible.

Your symptoms sound a lot like mine. It took 10 years before it was suggested I try Armour Thyroid. Nothing was working and symptoms, including heart palps continued to get worse. Turns out I wasn't converting to T3 so a T4 med alone was only making matters worse. Armour has resolved 90% of my symptoms. Seek until you find answers. GLTY
