I'm getting very frustrated. It's been a year now since I found a multinodular goiter and have been on this roller coaster of up and down fatigue. Last year my T4 showed abnormal but the doctor said it was because I am on birthcontrol. Just took my test again hoping for good new meaning i could get synthroid and now everything is normal! And im still taking my birth control. I am wondering if the dr mis-read my results last year. I am very tired of going through debilitating fatigue and no one knows anything. I am trying the Rhodiola now and ordered Maca powder and b12 Meth. supp. Do yall know of anything else that can help? I am wondering if I should start taking thyroid supplements? All drs can say is exercise or eat right or sleeping pills or antidepressants when we all know what the culprit is! Help! wITH NO drs helping me and my bills going up and not able to maintain work yes that makes me depressed! but drs fail to realize that I was not depressed until after my thyroids started acting up.
