Looks like your thyroid is certainly busy (unless you're already on levothyroxine, that is). Are you having any symptoms associated with hyperthyroidism?

So basically what these results most likely mean is that your thyroid is pumping out WAY too much thyroxine. As a result, your pituitary is trying to slow it down by cutting WAY back on release of TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone).
There are several possible causes of this:

The most common of which is probably Graves.
Has your physician discussed further plans with you?

Thank you for the link!
I took new tests yesterday with a different doctor. I will go over new results with him tomorrow and go from there. I found these on my online medical chart (mychart). The previous doctor and I never went over these results.

It's a little strange that he never went over the results with you or took any action in regards to the results... Hopefully you can get some firm answers and take care of those symptoms!

There's a story behind why he didn't..
I never went back to him. I don't trust him and don't want to give him anymore money because of it. He misdiagnosed my husband when he got pneumonia. He didn't even listen to his lungs when my husband went for initial visit. My husband ended up hospitalized and the Dr. never came in personally to check on him.
As far as my personal experience with him he go over the tests without another copay but I can get them online free. I just don't know how to read the results.
Long story still long, I found a new doctor who has a great bedside manner and seems to be thorough. I met him yesterday and he checked me out, listened to my history.. He also heard a Bruit when he was listening to my pulse. He caught it in my abdomen.
He left a voicemail (I was at work) to call him back to go over what he had found so far. That was impressive that he personally called, but I'm a little nervous that he did the same day. Since it was much later that I checked the message I'll end up calling him in the morning.
Thank you so much for responding!

He diagnosed me with Thyrotoxicosis, so you are correct. I am to see an endocrinologist and have been prescribed 25mg Antenolol.

Keep us updated on what you here from the endo! The atenolol should really help manage symptoms for now though, which I'm sure will be a pleasant change for you.
