Hello everyone! So is it possible for my thyroid levels to actually be normal, but i'm getting a lot of thyroid disease symptoms? Does having Hashimotos even with normal TSH levels cause symptoms? I'm still pretty confused about this disease and what I should expect. I have days where I feel pretty normal and good (although pretty few & far between these days) and then there's days where my heart pounds for no reason..even just walking to the next room), I feel fatigue/lightheaded, tired, no energy, miserable, anxious, depressed..the list goes on. My endocrinologist said she doesn't believe my thyroid is causing these symptoms because my levels are within range...but I have 4 goiters on my thyroid..one being pretty big at 35mm and diagnosed with Hashimotos...so she's trying to tell me that all of that causes no symptoms?
