Hello everyone! I've been reading thru the forum and still have no idea what I'm talking about lol.
I had my lab work done last week and just got the results back. The reason I got tested was I am having many symptoms of hypothyroidism.
I am losing hair, fatigued, irritable, low libido, occasion night sweats and my period is becoming irregular when it was previously every 28 days. My bloodwork also showed my HDL cholesterol is low and I have a vitamin D deficiency. Here are my lab results-

Free T4 1.08 ng/dl range .60-1.77
TSH 1.39 iu/ ml range .34-5.60
T3 total 174 ng/dl range 70-180
T4 total 10 g/dl range 4.50-12.50

Does anyone think I need to continue testing? I'm still learning so have no idea of my results are really normal like my dr says. Thank you so much for your time!

Your results are well within the normal range. You might try asking your doctor to draw thyroid antibody tests just for completeness, but with those levels it might be a hard sell. Most likely your symptoms are not related to thyroid issues.

For sure you should get your vitamin D level up. Vitamin D is the sunshine vitamin and you will not get enough from diet. If you are not spending time in the sun you should consider a supplement. Vitamins are important for good health. The best way to make sure we get all the vitamins and minerals our bodies need is with diet. Try a diet of mostly raw fruits and vegetables to make sure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals. If you want to try a juicing program you can speed it up. Stay away from the acidic foods like sugar and process foods. The four things necessary for good health are proper diet, sleep, exercise, and prayer and meditation. Give it a try for a month and all your problems may go away.
