So Endo did an ultra sound of my throat found nothing, the office called today with blood test and said i showed i had some inflammation of my thyroid. They said it is no big deal and should go away and they sent me on my way. This is very frustrating!!! Due to this inflammation I cannot talk for long periods of time without it hurting, I cannot sing without hurting, I sometimes have breathing issues. I am in pain off and on all through the day, I have fatigue and temperature adjustment issues, and anxiety. I also have a loss of appetite...and this has been going on for 6 months! I feel horrible and I am just suppose to hope this goes away??? Is this a correct diagnosis?? Is there something I can do to heal the inflammation or should I see another dr?? Can I just assume it is just inflammation or should I be concerned that it is the beginning of an auto immune disease?? Your thoughts??? below are my blood results

TSH- 0.894 Reference- 0.340-5.6
free T4- 0.81 Reference- 0.66-1.65
TT3- 1.05 Reference- 0.60-1.81
TPO- 0
Throglobulin 0
Thyroglobulin Antibody- 2.0- Reference 0-40.0
