Hello and welcome to the forum ,
Ask your doctor to run TSH,ft3 and ft4 , TSH is the most important since it shows the thyroid function.
To know whether you have an autoimmune thyroiditis , ask your doctor to run TPOab ,TGab and TSIab , in general , those are run once and only if the TSH shows abnormality .
What is the name of the test your doctor is going to perform ?
Also if either of the antibodies come back as positive, your Doctor should order thyroid and neck Ultra Sound to see whether there are nodules on your thyroid gland.
