You should not be concerned ,but low TSH indicates hyperthyroidism .
The next step is to test for the thyroid antibodies , those are antiTPOab , TGab and TSIab , so ask your doctor for these .
Also you should perform thyroid and neck ultra sound to see whether you have nodules on your thyroid gland .
Regarding the treatment , there are three options , first one is anti thyroid medication like methimazole to bring your TSH higher in the ranger ( around 2.5 ) ,second is RAI , and if those don't help or if you have nodules that are growing then your Endo might decide to remove your gland .
