Hey everyone, recently I've began noticing how weak I have been getting.
Just some notes but I walk LOTS at my job, deliver mail, move tables, lot of physical stuff and the past four years I have been on a mostly veggie diet. I don't eat much fatty foods, had no meat and stayed away from milk but from time to time I would have it.
That diet could have contributed to weight loss but also the past over 5 years besides walking I did no exercise and usually drank (beer/vodka) at least once a day ( I know terrible but I have been suffering from depression) as well as smoking marijuana heavily for years.
I have cut back on drinking and smoking recently however and began working out. I should mention but last Feb I hurt my knee doing a knee dive on hard surface and the doc diagnosed me with Patellofemoral pain syndrome.
Started swimming in the pool lots and did leg exercise, but now my back also aches. I know it sounds like complaining but like every part of my body aches easily now if I try to work out its very discouraging and worrisome.
I find it hard to believe that I only have Patellofemoral pain syndrome, seems like I hurt everywhere.
I thought maybe I have a vitamin D deficiency or perhaps hyperthyroidism. To be honest my knee and left leg can be sore through the day but again I Do lots of walking and standing. Its not serious pain but somewhat alarming.
