I take chromium or it's in my multivitamin.
Chromium picolinate can help sugar metabolism by getting sugar into your cells where it needs to be.
A deficiency in chromium picolinate, a trace mineral, can lead to diabetes; it's suprising even the word doesn't seem to be mentioned in medical school; when in fact it plays a key role in insulin regulation directly potentiating the effects of insulin not only, but causing proper insulin function.
Chromium can help serotonin reach the brain, and also help energy levels as it helps glucose transport.
For thyroid, i would try iodine, but not without fixing adrenal glands first.
