Hi, wondering if I could have some help with low tsh levels. After having a bad virus in the autumn and still feeling odd they did a full thyroid panel and found my tsh dropped to 0.19 (normal starts at 0.3) but my t4 and t3 and within normal range but t3 is at the high end of normal. Previous fit and healthy 31 year old male but since the virus I just can't get back to normal and dr said post viral fatigue but now I wonder if it's thyroid. Dr said tsh can be low sometimes and to check in a few weeks again.
I've lost weight, tired, sweaty hands and they look thin on the palms, muscle aches, some weakness if I do to much I just have to rest. No energy but heart rate is ok and I still have some tummy issues from virus. My eyes are also sore and have blurry vision sometimes in one but eye muscles are tight. Anyone experienced this? I did mention subclinical hyperthyroidism after reading up but she didn't seem to think so. Mentioned Possible thyroiditis and to wait and see but part of me thinks it's the beginning of hyper. fatigue and weight loss is which worrys me most but all other tests come back ok.
