pls help me to interpret my result

hello good day please help me to understand my thyroid result
Ft4 14.24 reference range 0.8-2.0
Ft3 3.86 reference range 1.4-4.3
TSH 7.83 reference range 0.4-4.2

i had my rai exactly 2yrs ago since then my thyroid result is fluctuating im taking right now 25mg of euthyrox but still i am having terrible symptoms extreme weakness,body aches,dizziness,chest heaviness,tingling in my mouth and feet occasionally headache.

Dear yra,

Your TSH is quite high and indicative of the need to increase the dose of Levo, you need to consult with your Doctor as to how much euthyrox to add to your current regimen !

but i am just confuse am i hypothyroid or hyperthyroid?as far as i know if tsh is high ang ft3,ft4 is normal im hypothyroid but in my result tsh and ft4 are high and ft3 is normal thats why im confuse if im hyperthyroid or hypothyroid???

Are you sure the results for your FREE T4 are correct ? where did you get them from? most probably there is a mistake in your FT4 results or the reference range for the FREE T4.

How much time have you been on 25mcg/day ? do you take it properly and do not miss a dose ?

What did your Endo say?

Hello i need some advice or opinion again i had rai 2yrs ago but until now i am unwell since october lastyear im taking 25mcg of euthyrox everyday but still i have episode of extreme weakness/dizziness,shortness of breath and muscle ache i have been on my endocrinologist lastweek and she prescribed me 50mcg of euthyrox but instead of getting fine i am suffering from much worse condition my chest is getting tight and their is a flip flop feeling i feel out of balance if im standing,im weak all day long my bones are aching,i am feeling dizzy i really cant understand whats happening now...sorry for my english its not so good im in philippines im filipina english is not my mother language so pls understand i hope u can help me with my situation.thank u so much may god bless us..
