Extreme fatigue, forgetting things, leg cramps at night, weight gain

Raj at 4.93 then 1 month later at 4.83

I do not have a thyroid as it was taken out due to cancerous footers
Have been on synthesis 112 mcg pink pill for 8 years
Now this new tiredness symptom. Actually sheer exhaustion where I think I will fall down.

Question. New dose was started 2 days ago. I know I meed 4 to 6 weeks to see results. Is that time for someone who has already been taking Sunthrood for years? Does it still take 4-6 weeks to see results from a change in dosage?

Next question - what can I do to feel better while I am waiting ?
I have anxiety disorder so I am prone to thinking his is it on
Going to die. There must be something to make me feel physically better - tips?

Thank you
