I'm in need of help. I've been ill for 4 months now. I just woke up one day feeling dizzy/nauseous/ blurred vision/generally unwell. During these 4 months I've had weird heaviness in my head, digestion issues, feeling jittery, and feeling exhausted as well. I was the kind of person before who had more energy than anyone around me. I've been to countless doctors including ENT, Neurologist, and a Gastroenterologist. All tests and lab work that have been run have come back clear except:
Ana Pattern: Homogenous
ANA Titer: 1:320
Vitamin D 25-OH: 21 Normal Range:30-100
Vitamin B2: 5.0 Normal Range:6.2-39.0

Here are my Thyroid Panel Results.

TSH: 1.49 Normal Range: 0.55-4.78
Free T3: 3.0 Normal Range: 2.3-4.2
Free T4: 1.23 Normal Range: 0.83-1.63
Thyroid Peroxidase: 46 Normal Range: <9
Thyroglobulin Antibody: 7 Normal Range: <2

I'm going to see an Endocrinologist on the 25th. I'm Could my thyroid be causing me to feel so ill?

Dear jazbow,

Your TSH is optimal but you are positive for thyroid antibodies, TGab and antiTPOab, which means that you have hashimoto's disease.

Ask the Endo that you are scheduled to meet why your TSH is normal and still have hashi, he might recommend you to repeat the test in three months or so!

Best,
