I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's after my 3rd pregnancy 14 years ago and have pretty regularly been on 90mg of armour thyroid for most of that time. However, over the past week i have felt incredible drained / puffy face / constipated / etc... Over that time I have made an extra effort to eat really well and exercising daily so it's not that but I can't seem to find much about hypothyroidism getting worse after a long period of time of being constant. Does anyone have any experience with that or am I just getting older and more tired with slowing metabolism? smile

It is possible to need to adjust the dose of thyroid medication, even after a long period of being on a certain dose, this can be due to many reasons such as change in the formulation of the medication or the absorption of the medication.
