I know there are many rules and regulations with this site and sometimes we can't remember all of them so it's important that you read the rules regularly to familiarize yourself with them. These rules are necessary in order to keep Healingwell running smoothly. But here are few that I thought I would point out.
~Be courteous to others and if you have a problem with another member email one of us moderators. Our email addresses are under to our screen names. If you have a problem with a moderator, you can email the administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org
~Do not duplicate post. This causes confusion.
~Look for open subjects. If you have a question and you haven't seen it posted before even when you do a search on the upper Google search bar, then by all means - post away!
~Do not use cuss words. Most of these words are censored out for a reason and if you use a swear word with symbols in exchange for the actual letters - you are skirting the rules which is not allowed.
~Do not use full articles in your post. This is a copyright infringement. Copy and paste the link for the article you wish to share.
~Keep your signatures to 10 lines or less.
This is not a rule but a recommendation. It is helpful if you put what medications you are on in your signature so we don't have to keep asking you what you are on. This will help you get the answers you are seeking faster. To do this, go to the control panel in the upper left blue bar. Go to edit profile.
And remember, if you should ever have a question on how this site is ran do not hesitate to contact one of us moderators or ask on the forum. You won't learn if you don't ask right?
Oh, forgot another very important topic! Keep in mind that the moderators are human too and suffer from the same thing you do. We are also learning as we go so we are not professionals, just volunteers that have offered our time to help in anyway we can here on HW. We don't have all the answers but we do try to see that your questions are answered if not by us then by finding something or someone else that can help you.
