is "cort" enema the same thing as colocort?

I don't know, but I'm pretty sure it's the same as cortifoam steroid enema which luckily does me wonders when I need it compared to anything eles I've ever tried.

My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it!  LOL  :)

Yes, they're the same...100mg hydrocortisone...liquid suspension form...60 ml total volume.

~5ASA: Asacol (6 daily) + Salofalk enemas (increase for flares tapered to maintenance)
~Bentylol (dicyclomine) 20mg as needed

~Probiotic 3(Natural Factors Protec) bedtime + 1 (Primadophilus Reuteri) occasionally
~multi-digestive enzymes as needed ....bromelain 1 - 2x daily
~Ranitidine,Pariet (reflux) Effexor XR 75mg;  Pulmicort/Airomir (asthma)
~URSO for PSC (or PBC) 500mg X 2 daily (LFTs back to NORMAL!!)
My doc's logic.. "TREAT (FROM)BOTH ENDS"  worth it !!!

Yes ma'am :) Cort enemas = Colocort = Hydrocortisone enema.........they're all the same. Except I don't think they make Cort enemas anymore so they're called Colocort now.

pb4, does the foam enema work better for you thn the liquid? Ive never even heard of foam ones.
