Ok, I have discovered I get the big D when I start my monthly bill. It lasts only a day, but it's always enough to make me worried...I say to myself "please don't be flaring!!" and it always is better the next day! Thank goodness!! But I think about
it, people that don't have IBD will sometimes have just a day of diarrhea, and not feeling good, why can't we?? When we are in "remission" can't we just have a bad day or eating something that doesn't agree with us, without actually being in a flare? I think that it can happen.
