I totally lose my appetite when flaring. The only thing that works for me is eating small meals a/day. Psychologically (or however you spell it!) I can handle it better. When flaring the thought of eating an entire meal would just make me sick to my tummy. I stocked my pantry & fridge w/ foods that I liked and weren't too hard on the ole tummy. Applesauce, hummos and crackers, Carnation Instant breakfasts w/ lactaid milk, etc.
