Anga, you might consider asking your doc about
Rowasa enemas. Sometimes delivering the medication from both ends at once helps get your lower colon back in line. I'd be cautious about
taking the Colazal and Asacol together, as too high doses of 5-ASA's can actually make the D worse.
You might also try adjusting your hydrocort enema schedule. Since you seem to do best about
Wednesday and Thursday, if you waited and started the enemas on Monday it might give you a better weekend. Also, with your doctor's approval you could try taking an Imodium to see if that helps slow things down.
