I was reading about Kefir and came across this. Lactobacillus plantarum is a friendly bacteria found
in veggie culture. First I heard of veggie culture but it sounds like friendly bacteria like in Kefir
and probiotics. I copy and pasted this line.
"Research suggests that Lactobacillus plantarum has an ability to reverse gut disbyosis, like IBS, Crohn's Disease and Colitis".
That is one big claim so my first thought is B.S..
Has anyone had experience or tried this for probioti?. It is cheap as dirt so I probably will give it a shot.
Diagnosed panColitis 1990.
