Definitely stay away from fatty and spicy foods. You've already found that dairy and highly acid foods (orange juice, tomatoes, etc.) bother you. Coffee can be bad because it's also highly acid. Carbonated drinks may give you increased gas. Make sure your fruits and vegetable are really well-cooked to the point where you can mash them with a fork. When I'm flaring I have to avoid high-fiber foods such as a lot of cereals and "gassy" foods like beans, cabbage and related veggies.
