feelfine, if you're going to a hospital that you feel is very good, don't get too far ahead of yourself. They may have just the combination that will help. If surgery is recommended, make sure you get all the information, pro and con, but only you can make the decision.
And just a tip - all caps is considered screaming, and you'll probably get more response if you avoid screaming. We all want to help, but high drama makes some of us flare and get sick.
