You could ask your Dr for a blood test and see if it shows inflammation. I bugged my Dr for blood tests a lot in the early days because I wanted to be able to recognise a flare nice and early so as to treat it with rectal 5ASA and not pred! He really didn't mind writing the blood test forms and then letting me know the results. Through doing that I have learned that (for me) wet gas and the feeling of never having an empty bowel is the first sign of a flare. Anything else is just an upset tummy or unexplained thing that isn't a flare and I don't need to worry about
Dizzyness could really be anything - it's hard to say.
Hope you feel better soon
